Was bloody awful. The joyful two fingers I levied at my Parkinson’s in the aftermath of the Isle of Man were shoved right up my backside. My legs were dead and my foot from Dystonia was about three feet behind where I wanted it to be at any given moment. But I did it. It took me 72 minutes rather than the 59 of 2011. But I did it and have a rather cute medal to prove it.
Gareth did it as well. His first 10K. Well done bro.
And well done and Thanks to the other 15 runners who ran it and to the cheering team. We are building again.
